On that note, please check back periodically, as updates are an ongoing process as well.
Congratulations and Thank You….
I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all the people in Ward Metis that took time out of their busy day to Vote for me and for the candidate of their choice.
In our current democratic Canadian society, it is very important to exercise your right to vote and choose who you feel will best represent you at the table for your voices to BE HEARD.
I would also like to take this time to congratulate the new member of Edmonton city council for Ward Metis Ashley Salvador and extend a thank you to the other 9 candidates that took the time out of their lives to run in the 2021 Edmonton Municipal General Election.
It is not always easy to put your name forward in a world of uncertain outcomes. Kudos to all the people that do decide to step up to the plate and participate in democracy by swinging the bat to put their name forward in a bid to hopefully get elected and represent the people in a meaningful, respectful manner.
Thank you, Ward Metis and Edmonton, for that great opportunity of participating in Democracy in 2021.
Also, I want to thank all the volunteers on Team Bernshaw that spent long hours and sacrificed time out of their lives to support this year’s 2021 campaign for the people’s voices to BE HEARD by working with each other SIDE by SIDE in UNITY will ACHIEVE a Greater community.
The 2021 Edmonton Municipal General election is now behind us.
The people have spoken and now it is time for all Edmontonians to get behind the new city council and do what we can do to ensure their success.
What the future will hold will be determined in the coming days.
Remember folks that the sun rises and sets every day and hopefully the future will see all individuals no matter where they may reside be represented in an equitable and fair manner. That jobs will return and the economy will improve. May education prepare students to succeed in a future of unknown possibilities!
